Based out of Southern New Hampshire, N. Pandelena Construction is a third-generation road, site, and utility contractor. Incorporated in 1996, Pandelena Construction builds roads, tunnels, bridges, airports and other infrastructures used by millions of people. In addition, Pandelena assists local businesses with snow and obstruction removal.

We are pre-qualified in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire for DOT projects.
